In the last annual meeting it was suggested that the constitution be  
upgraded and put on the website and paper copies made.  I have looked  
up the minutes of the annual meetings since 2005 and tried to find  
those motions which changed either the constitution and running   
rules.  I think I have put all the changes into the constitution with  
the wording pretty much the way they were passed.  I have attached a  
word copy of this constitution.  If you could look at it and see if  
there are any changes that I have missed or if some wording needs to  
be changed, let me know and I will try to get that done so that after  
the derby board meeting I can get it on the website and if we want  
have some paper copies ready for the annual meeting.
